I have found the Best Minecraft Mod Ever! It allows you to place most items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in LOVE with this mod. It’s called Placeable Items (rather predictably) See for yourself!

I actually cant remember… I think you have to get a guardian egg and bone meal it.
